Description: Age of Conan is a MMO based on the Conan fantasy license originally created by the famed author Robert E. Howard. Structure

  • Here we could list the structure of our (future) ingame guild. Who will be guild leader(s), what officer roles do we need etc.


Goals

  • Our first and foremost goal is to build our city and to ensure we are able to do that we need everyones help in gathering resources and saving their hard earned money to make sure this becomes a reality.

Achievements

  • 25.05.2008 - Player City Keep Established - All players can now port directly to the city from the relevant NPC's throughout the land !!!

Currently the Prestige classes have now been combined into the Player Characters Skill Tree and as such no longer exist as the above titles suggest, however they do remain as part of the game, just not as a seperate class.

City building

City building is limited to specific areas, though any guild can start a city in these areas as soon as the land plot has been purchased. Many cities can in fact occupy the same spot through the technology known as instancing. Building cities require architects and plenty of resources.

At given intervals the city will be attacked by NPCs, and will thus need protection to stay intact. Any player may enter the city at any time unless the city is surrounded by city walls, in which case the gate must be opened for non-guildies to be able to enter.

Guild Reward Points (GRP)

We will be using a custom designed GRP system for our guild in AoC. The system has yet to be designed but will be fully documented prior to the game launch once game mechanics are available in more detail.
